Job Description:
Zennya is seeking a motivated Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Gather information from customers to assist in resolving their concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 7. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer support experience.
Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct thorough research when needed. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in typing and navigating chat platforms. 6. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 7. Experience working in a customer support role for at least 2 years.
