Job Description: San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team, working remotely from home in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, adaptability, and possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and presentation.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support channels. 2. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and provide accurate and detailed information. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company information to better assist customers. 6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Previous experience in customer service preferred. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace at home.
