Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Chat Support Associate. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Make decisions quickly and independently to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Participate in company-provided training and professional development opportunities - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and mission

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and make informed decisions - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
