Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies, a leading financial technology company based in Davao City, PH, is currently seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in chat support management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of chat support representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 2. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. 3. Develop and implement chat support processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Provide training and mentorship to chat support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer issues. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chat support to implement innovative solutions. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. 8. Analyze chat support data and feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in chat support management with a minimum of 7 years of experience. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and driven personality traits. 5. Excellent presentation and creativity skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
