Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Expedock is seeking a highly experienced Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Remote Chat Support Manager at Expedock, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to customers via online chat. Your duties will include but are not limited to:


- Training and mentoring chat support agents to ensure they are providing high-quality customer service - Monitoring chat support conversations to ensure agents are meeting performance metrics - Managing scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for customer inquiries - Analyzing chat support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Providing regular reports to senior management on chat support performance


To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following personality traits and soft skills: reliability, adaptability, strategic planning, and critical thinking. In addition to these skills, candidates should be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
