Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chat support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and evaluate chat support performance metrics, ensuring team members meet or exceed KPIs and service level agreements. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze chat support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. 4. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 5. Emotional intelligence and planning skills. 6. Experience with chat support software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
