Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service through online chat channels. This position is part-time and requires a Mid-to-Senior Level candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in customer service - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology and techniques


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field - 6+ years of experience in a chat support management role - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with chat support software and CRM systems - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving department goals
