Job Description:
Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the chat support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Oversee chat support projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and quality results - Provide coaching and guidance to chat support team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
