Job Description:
Cropital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 5. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years experience in a chat support or customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 5. Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
