Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to work remotely from home in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and chat support roles.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance metrics - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor chat support interactions and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Proficient in research and persuasion soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with chat support platforms and tools - Availability to work part-time hours from home
