Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely from Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and a knack for innovation.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents working remotely. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they meet company standards. 5. Work closely with other departments to improve chat support processes and workflows. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. 2. Proven track record of managing teams and achieving customer service targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. 5. Proficiency in chat support platforms and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Energetic, reliable, with attention to detail and a drive for innovation.
