Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Zennya, a leading virtual assistance services company, is currently seeking a Chat Support Manager to work from home in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles.


As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chat support agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents - Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Excellent communication skills - Experience with chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
