Job Description:
Zennya is currently seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents who provide customer service and support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze chat support data and provide insights to help drive business decisions - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in chat support or customer service roles - Independent and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Experience with chat support software and CRM systems preferred
