Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Flowerstore.ph is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience, be passionate about providing excellent customer service, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote chat support to customers via online chat platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve customer issues - Use creativity and resourcefulness to provide personalized solutions to customers - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the CRM system - Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Creativity and adaptability to changing situations - Remote work experience is a plus
