Chat Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our team at Storm Technologies in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat channels promptly and efficiently - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Educate customers on product features and functionalities - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer experience - Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with team members - Proficiency in using chat communication tools and CRM software
