Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Qwikwire, a leading fintech company based in Manila, is looking for a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and passion.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time support through online chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and other related tasks. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. 4. Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service. 5. Soft skills in negotiation and strategic planning. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
