Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to customer problems - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes
Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written communication skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
