Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Officer at AIDE Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online communication channels. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our home health care services and help clients navigate our platform - Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer support experience - Update and maintain customer records and data in our system

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other online communication tools
