Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Zennya is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Driven and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with chat support systems or customer service software is a plus
