Job Description:
As a Chat Support Representative at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support. Your primary role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support in a timely and professional manner. You will be expected to represent the company in a positive light and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platform. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 4. Educate customers on company products, services, and policies. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and procedures. 8. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution. 9. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions efficiently. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in basic computer applications and multitasking. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
