Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is looking for a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat platforms - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Assist customers with account-related concerns and technical troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience for every interaction

Requirements: - Must possess excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to cooperate with team members and contribute creative ideas to improve processes - Prior experience in customer service or chat support roles preferred
