Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product information. 2. Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions and provide guidance to customers. 7. Meet performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. 4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Dedication to providing top-quality service to customers. 6. Resilience in the face of setbacks and challenges. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
