Job Description:
AllCare is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product information. 2. Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4.
