Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Representative will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently through online chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Confident and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms. 7. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
