Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have exceptional time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses to chat inquiries. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the chat support system. 5. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for chat support interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information via chat. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to address customer needs. 4. Proven experience in time management and ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and technology.
