Job Description:
ChatGenie is seeking a dynamic and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a strong desire to help customers. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities. 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
