We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Workbean. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat communication. This role will be based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong decision-making skills - Creativity in problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Prior experience in customer support or related field - Proficiency in using chat support software and systems
