Job Description:
ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Makati, NCR, Philippines, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service support through online chat to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Manage and update customer accounts and profiles as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Track and report customer feedback and trends to improve the overall customer experience - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage and work with people effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
