Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a motivated and resourceful Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat channels. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and build strong relationships. 4. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver high-quality service. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through chat. 3. Resourceful and confident when handling challenging situations with customers. 4. Excellent time management and project management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
