Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our clients through online chat. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong time management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer support tools. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
