Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation. This part-time entry-level position is located in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support through chat platforms. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information. 3. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive brand image through customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong planning and creativity skills. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
