Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Collaborate with the customer service team to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Knowledge of chat support platforms and software. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
