Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job description:


ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company located in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat and provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers - Meet key performance indicators related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints - Strong cooperation and creativity soft skills to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Working knowledge of customer support software, CRMs, and chat platforms - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
