Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
