Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and other concerns related to Grab services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat platforms - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems - Educate customers on Grab services and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations - Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude - Ability to make decisions quickly and independently - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems effectively
