Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

PLDT is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively through chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer support - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
