Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level seniority with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions accurately. 3. Utilize research skills to find solutions to customer problems or concerns. 4. Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to varying customer needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals set by management. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. 9. Provide feedback to management on trends or recurring issues.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and able to work independently. 2. Strong research skills and ability to adapt to changing situations. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet access.
