Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Advance in Manila, NCR. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess emotional intelligence and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Coordinate meetings and events for clients and team members - Prepare and distribute reports and presentations - Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Support the Client Relations Manager in various administrative tasks
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1+ year of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus - Must be resilient, hardworking, and possess emotional intelligence and cooperation skills
