Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description: Investagrams is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and other support-related issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services. 7. Conduct market research to better understand client needs and preferences.

Requirements: 1. Driven and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong project management and persuasion skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
