Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Meralco. This part-time position is based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines, and is at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and compile feedback for analysis. 3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 4. Assist in the development of client communication materials and reports. 5. Organize and maintain client databases accurately and efficiently. 6. Support the Client Relations Manager in various projects and initiatives. 7. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving. 2. Demonstrated cooperation and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
