Job Description - Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:


Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Handle inquiries and concerns from clients promptly and professionally. 3. Coordinate client meetings and events. 4. Assist in developing and implementing client communication strategies. 5. Provide administrative support to the client relations team. 6. Help create and maintain client databases and records. 7. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to client relations. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and able to work well under pressure. 2. Independent and able to work with minimal supervision. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
