Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients from around the globe, fostering a global village mentality.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Assist in maintaining client records and databases - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure seamless client experiences - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential client opportunities - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve
