Job Description:
Zennya is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in client relations and customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client relationships through timely communication and resolution of inquiries - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices - Provide support in organizing client events, webinars, and other outreach activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for client communication - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements to client services
Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient in handling challenging situations with clients - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in a client-facing role preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
