Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Assistant to join our team remotely from Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a Client Relations Assistant at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining positive relationships, and assisting with client inquiries and requests.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist clients with booking accommodations, resolving issues, and addressing concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Create and deliver presentations to clients on Hilton services and offerings. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients. 7. Provide support to the Client Relations Manager as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. 3. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong presentation and communication skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time. 9. Must thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
