Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Client Relations Manager in various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Assist in coordinating client events, meetings, and presentations - Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings - Provide administrative support to the Client Relations Manager as needed - Conduct research on industry trends and client preferences to support business development efforts - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless client experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Must be located in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH
