Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls to address inquiries, provide support, and offer solutions - Develop relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide personalized service - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and escalate issues as needed - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update internal databases with relevant information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service - Experience with CRM software and other client management tools preferred - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confidence in dealing with a variety of clients and situations
