Job Description:
As a Client Relations Associate at Grab Philippines in Davao City, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are addressed promptly. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize churn - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
