Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation. As a part-time position based in Pasig, NCR, PH, this entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in client relations and communication in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address complex client situations and provide solutions - Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and ways to improve client satisfaction - Provide support in organizing and participating in virtual meetings, webinars, and client events - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Requirements: - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues - Independent and confident personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Demonstrated decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment and manage time efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) - No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided
