Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate. This is a part-time position located in Taguig, NCR, Philippines at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Make strategic decisions to enhance client relations and drive business growth.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
