Client Relations Associate

Job description: 1Export is looking for a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, possess excellent presentation skills, and excel in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client relations role - Confident and energetic personality - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
