Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Philippine Airlines is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position and possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. 3. Execute strategic planning to identify opportunities for business growth and development within the client base. 4. Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and progress towards established goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Prior experience in client relations or account management. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Strategic planning and negotiation skills.
